Penalized |
|
The National Federation Of High Schools announced their rule
revisions for the upcoming season on February 13th. The most
notable rule change effective with the 2009 season, it will be
illegal to grab the inside back or side collar of the runner's
shoulder pads or jersey and subsequently pull the runner to the
ground. The penalty will be 15 yards from the succeeding spot.
This change mirrors similar rules at the pro and college level. |

The American Youth
Football League requires officials to enforce
all rules regarding
unsportsmanlike conduct conducted by Coaches,
players,
parents and fans. It
is strongly suggested that you remember
that your action during this game can have an
adverse effect on your team and the outcome of the
game. If your team is flagged because of your
actions either on the field or in the stands, you
may be requested to leave the facility. |

each field 7 teams. The AYFL is the premier tackle youth
football league in South Florida. |
